Snapshot: Borderline Frustrations

SAN YSIDRO—On June 1, Pedestrians stand in line while waiting to cross into the United States from Mexico at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in San Ysidro, Calif. The Western Hemisphere Initiative, which went into effect June 1, requires visitors and residents to present an approved travel document at all points of entry.   Atleast one step closer to protecting the borders. It’s too late anyway - destabilization has already occurred from these free loaders.
